Iliona
Overview
Iliona is an Elf, and one of the possible party members in The Legend of Queen Opala 2. She is extremely distrusting of humans, and finds the idea of a human with honesty and kindness to be completely surprising.
Her presence in the party is incompatible with Murdock; if Murdock is recruited into the party roster, Iliona will not offer to join the party. Both can be recruited after completing the game.
Legend of Queen Opala 2
Iliona first meets the Hero in Valethorn, attempting to discover the where the townsfolk have disappeared. Initially, she accuses the Hero of causing the tragedy, but later concedes that he was not the cause when he saves the townspeople from their kidnappers. If she joins the party, she will start as level 12.
Iliona, as with most other female characters in LOQO2, has a relationship meter that is affected by choices the hero makes during the game.
Allowing Iliona to join the party will unlock the achievement "One With Nature."
Relationship Points
Relationship points with Iliona can be gained or lost during quest events and some key conversations. Most of the changes are intuitive. If an upsetting choice is made, favor is lost. Likewise, making nice choices will result in gaining favor.
Each item below has a description of when the points can be affected, the relationship points to be gained or lost by the Hero's choice, and the specific choice that results in the change.
- After finishing Temple of Sun and visiting the tavern in Totville, she's found in the village, right outside of the blacksmith's store.Also In the Palace in Thebes at day and on the ship after you bought it.
- +1: Give her Rare Leaves as a gift
- +3: Give her Ancient Bark as a gift (+1x3)
- After defeating Supreme Commander Seth you can find her in the ballroom and you can give her another gift; the same as before.

Equipment
Equipping the various party members with upgraded equipment allows the characters to survive for longer and deal more damage. Therefore, knowing the types of equipment each character can use is important. Each character also has an elemental theme, allowing elemental upgrades to their equipment. Below are the types that are compatible with Iliona.
