Overview
Blackeagle Fortress is the heavily guarded base of the Blackeagle Gang.
History & Current Role
Deep within the fortress, Kai overhears a meeting between representatives of the Blackeagle gang and Lord Kross's forces, and confirms the two factions are in a secret alliance that is also pursuing the artifacts of Nabonaga.
