Overview
The Fellhorn Ruins are located in the mountains in the northern region of the Beldorian Empire. This is where Devon originally recovered the Hikari Artifact at the request of High Priestess Laquadia. The rumored Fellhorn Juggarnaut is said to be here and that anyone who has tried to kill it has never been seen again. Osira is currently using it as a base of operations.
