Given that this character is not even in the game yet, this page obviously contains SPOILERS.
Kristallia is a member of the Crystal Fairy species native to the Frozen Continent. After encountering her and seemingly freeing her from captivity, she plays a supportive role in Devon's quest.
Like most crystal fairies, she is very tiny and can stand in the palm of a human hand.
