Overview
City build over ancient ruins that no one knows who built or why. It is the capital of Harmonia Sands. Currently a expedition in the main temple by the Beldorian Empire. Beastmen are coming to Kahr to work in the temple ruins for money. Over run with riff raff even during the day. It is a hotbed for crime. Mistress Gloria is funding the digs at the temple but Zweibelle is running the show.
Mayor Rickstedt is waiting for Crayden to make a move against him. He is confident of his soldiers abilities to win a war with Crayden due to his soldiers being used to fighting in hot dry weather. He is more worried about assassins sent by Crayden instead. He wants you to get information from Mistress Gloria in locating the late emperors daughter. After you are captured he foolishly goes into the temple and hasn't been seen for a week.
